You would like more information on the IT systems in our meeting rooms.	To assist members and visitors using our meeting rooms, we have added some info plaques to our meeting
You would like to see telephone's in our meeting rooms.	Following this feedback from our members and guests, we have installed traditional phone line inputs in our meeting rooms. This will allow an easy dial out function, and give the opportunity for users to dial our reception desk for assistance if required.
You would like to ability to make conference calls in our meeting rooms.	We are able to use a wide range of web conferencing services with our video conferencing set up at Myo, should you find we don't support your required software please make the Members Concierge team aware and we will gladly investigate whether we can support this and advise. The introduction of phone lines into our meeting rooms also gives the opportunity to use traditional conferencing equipment if required, again please speak to the Members Concierge team if this is required.
You would like to see housekeeping standards improved in our toilets.	Our housekeeping typically visit each Myo toilet every 30 minutes. We have now increased the supply of toilet rolls kept in the toilets to ensure we don't run out in between visits. There are multiple toilets - Myo and Landlord - available to Myo member's on each floor and we have produced a floor map showing the locations of all available WC's to ensure all our member's are aware and can take advantage of all available facilities at 123 Victoria Street.
You would like more control over your office temperature and the ability to control the temperature in your offices.	We are able to make adjustments to temperature set points in each individual unit at Myo instantly. If changes are desired, a support request should be raised via the Members Hub and our Member's Concierge team will aim to repsond to this within 4hrs.
You would like to be able to store items in the fridge for longer than a week.	The fridges in our pantries are designed for day-to-day use, to allow people to bring their own food items in to work and keep them fresh. To ensure hygiene standards are maintained, and that there is space for as many members as possibe to make use of the fridges, we operate a weekly clear out and deep clean policy. We appreciate some members would like to keep condiments and other items in the fridge for longer than a week at a time, but we are unable to accomodate this with the balance we need to maintain between the fridge space and maximum capacity we have. Should any businesses like small fridges for their space to house these items, the Myo team are happy to assist with this.
You would like more information on what goes in the various bins in our common spaces.	The bins themselves are labelled. To elaborate on this further, our Member's Concierge team have shared an info sheet on which bin is which and the various items that can go in each bin. To encourage seperation at source, we do not offer residual waste bins in the indivudual units. If you would like more information on our refuse poilicy at all or to discuss it further, please contact the Members Concierge team and they will be happy to assist.
Our visitor management system can feel clunky.	Our Members Hub is designed to be user friendly and simple to use, our partners however are constantly evolving the system and are eager to learn from any pain points users may exeprience, so if any members find our Members Hub frustrating or difficult to naviagte please do make us aware so we can take this back for discussion and action.
You aren't as familiar as you would like to be with the Member's Hub system.	We will be running some drop in sessions, with a light lunch provided, where our team will happily run member's through our Member's Hub system and highlight key features and how they work. There will be an opportunity for any specific questions to be asked at these sessions too. If this is of interest, please do join us.

Our team are happy to announce guests via telephone if desired, in addition to the automatically email generated by our Member's Hub on guest arrival, if you would like to arrange this please contact our Members Concierge team to discuss.
